Expectations and deliverables of the project team collectively and individually are clearly established and communicated prior to the project going ahead. This stage allows us to judge resources required, plan necessary training to up skill team members then mentor for success.

This approach ensures successful outcomes as team members are prepared, empowered and knowledgeable to effectively complete their responsibilities within the project.
